 Courseware Samples

Take a tour of some of the courses MountainTop has produced for businesses, education, the U.S. government, military, and healthcare. They range from simple online instruction to highly interactive training complete with exercises in simulated environments, remediation, and final exams.

Most of these courses use learning management systems that track the learner’s scores and provide reports. All courses benefit from MountainTop’s professionals behind the scenes. Degreed instructional systems designers, experienced graphic designers, and software engineers combine talents to create engaging courses customized to the target audience.

The samples below are a few examples of typical courseware produced by MountainTop. The images you see are inactive screenshots. For a full demonstration of these courses, or how MountainTop can provide instructional or training solutions to meet your needs, contact us.

Prepare Soldiers

Training is key; preparation is essential. Preparing soldiers to find explosives, establish a safe perimeter, safely clear a room, identify an explosive, or administer first aid saves the lives of soldiers and civilians alike.

Pro-Course

Pro-Course is one of a series of courses produced for St. Joseph’s University to address the issues of weapons of mass destruction. This course was developed to educate first responders on hazards, procedures, and emotional issues faced when dealing with victims of a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) incident.

Ned's Head

Based on author Ron Madison's "Ned's Head" series of books that focus on young children's emotional issues, MountainTop created an online course using Dr. Madison's signature style of drawing. The course includes animations and games.

Business Transformation

This course was created to help companies and their employees become more efficient, less wasteful, and more competitive.

Biological Warfare for Army Medical Personnel

This course gives medical military personnel the critical instruction they need to mitigate agents of biological warfare and understand the most likely methods of dissemination.

Performance Based Logistics

This is a sample of courseware production in a choice of languages. This particular course, Performance Based Logistics, has been designed for the acquisition workforce and is used to train for improvements in availability, reliability, and operational readiness. It includes graphics without much animation.

Our customers are talking about us

"MountainTop Technologies did a great job creating and delivering 56 courses covering a broad range of complex and technical Homeland Security topics. True professionals, I'd use them again. Outstanding production, delivery, and management, to include breaking the code on getting SCORM-conformant content tested and rapidly approved by Army's ATSC."

"I have reviewed and taken courses via the Reimer’s Digital Library (RDL) and also the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) sites. They are very well designed, easily accessed, and provide soldiers with real time, real world training scenarios. The courses enable our soldiers to gain valuable, pertinent training when it is convenient for them. I believe they set the standard for online training in quality and substance. They are far superior to numerous other online training courses I have taken in both the military and civilian arenas. "

LTC Preston S. Stape

Deputy Brigade Commander

"The Army Medical Department Center and School sincerely appreciates your efforts in developing a series of fifty-six outstanding distributive learning courses for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) training.

"The relevance and importance of CBRNE training for the Army Medical Department and others cannot be overstated. Our ability to train medics to respond if, and when called upon by State and Federal authorities has been greatly enhanced through these courses. Temple University and MountainTop Technologies, Inc., in conjunction with the Army medical Department Center and School, were able to turn highly sophisticated educational material into stimulating and educational distributive learning products for our soldiers. In fact, these products were determined to be so useful that the Department of Defense (DOD) is considering using them for CBRNE training within DOD.

"This success would not have been possible without your outstanding development of these distance learning products. Thank you for your part in this success story."
